I found this hotel close to the main train station. Check-in was seamless. The front desk staff was professional. The location suited my needs perfectly, I could easily visit the cathedral and go shopping. The bar offered nice cocktails.
Guest rooms are a little far from the reception desk. Perhaps conference rooms should be placed further away.

The room was clean and warm. Tea and coffee are provided in the room. Housekeeping was excellent and provided top-ups daily, this was a welcome addition.

I was happy the location was convenient. it was close to attractions and transportation. i really liked the room arrangement with the large bathroom. i also appreciate there was no carpet. I find it is more sanitary.
we were given a handicap accessible room. the room wasn't really handicap accessible. if we were disabled, we still couldn't access many features. there was a leak in the ceiling and we had to change rooms. it was hard for us because we had a train to catch at 9 am.

the hotel is conveniently situated near the central station. our beautiful king room included a modern bathroom. i appreciated the ample space and thoughtful design. the bed was very comfortable and provided a restful sleep.
i found that the controls for the room heating were a bit high on the wall.
